Overcliff Lodge Beachside Property Sleeps 22

Fabulous house in a superb location! Positive: We loved the location and the property with all of its different areas and fabulous gardens! We also loved the fact that there were so many bedrooms for our party of 15, very exciting for our 10 year old to play hide and seek with his granny in! 😄 Negative: Nothing we didn’t like but did have to give the hot tub a little wipe around and also wash some of the cutlery but it really didn’t spoil our stay at all.

the rooms were immaculate and a pleasure to walk into. we felt there was a bit too much chlorine in the hot tub. little bit more instruction on using all the cookers/hobs please. apart from that weloved that house.

Really lovely house. Very comfortable with lots of space inside and out. The Beds were very comfy and lovely clean individual bathrooms attached to most of the bedrooms. Lots of space for our large family. We all enjoyed the hot tub and barbecue. Fantastic location for the beach, village pub and even a Tesco shop across the road. We had a fantastic weekend and would definiately come again.

We had a wonderful stay in this property- just great for our large family get together. We really liked that most rooms had ensuite bathrooms. Every piece of kitchen equipment needed was available. It was all clean and welcoming. We had some great games around the long table. Lots of nooks and cranies to explore both inside and out. The annex was fab too ( once we found it ) as one of the dogs couldn't climb the stairs. The house is well positioned to explore beautiful norfolk. We definitely go back again. Thank you
