Fabulous house.
Positive: Very very roomy. Very clean on arrival. Everything you could possibly need in terms of utensils in the kitchen(s). Plenty of fridge and freezer space. Although we brought our own tea/coffee it was a nice touch that you provided starter amounts. Also nice that you provide kitchen foil and cling film.

Fab break with the extended family
Positive: Excellent accommodation very well equipped however a couple of things missing - magnifying shaving mirror in room 9 (best bedroom in the house) and also a mirror near the plugs so you can see when your drying/styling your hair. Apart from those minor issues a lovely house in a great location

We loved our stay at Overcliff. Great position, very clean and tidy and plenty of rooms for a group stay. Would definitely stay again.
