Fabulous setting, spotlessly clean. Positive: Location was superb, surrounded by friendly wildlife. Negative: Terms and conditions that were only made apparent after the booking was made - had I known beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have booked. Ironically said terms are invalid under U.K. law….

Something different plenty of space just could do with some updating for the money charged per night Positive: Great views of the broads and size of accommodation good location to drive to other locations like Cromer, Yarmouth, Wroxham Negative: Access to property not great timber deck very poor the cabin is starting to look a bit dated, light bulbs need replacing, kitchen doors very fragile, shower ok and wasn’t the cleanest I’ve stayed at especially the terrace area
