Everything you need for a short trip Positive: Quirky, location good Negative: Rowing boats tied to the boat that tapped against the accommodation all day and night. Boiling water in taps that were very dangerous. Signs noted but still burnt my hand

Lovely bank holiday weekend retreat Positive: The closeness to the river and seaside. Also great for dog owners and with children. Lots of sports can be done in the river. You can hire a boat from the property or you can hire from the canoeman company which is onsite as well. Negative: Just the noise from the road, but the rest outweighs the noise.

Amazing place ❤️.. definitely recommend Positive: Beautiful location and property absolutely spotless. Had all the necessary items needed on board and all information required. Excellent WiFi. Only marked down slightly as had a scarily loose toilet seat and shower was really weak. That said, the staff were amazing. Any queries we had were answered immediately (despite it being the weekend). Have already booked to come again! Negative: Loose toilet seat and weak shower

Positive: It was lovely location. Accommodation was nice,comfortable and clean. It was very dog friendly

Fantastic weekend Positive: Location was stunning and very relaxing. Saw Heron, swans, Kingfisher, comerant and perch in and on the river right outside the houseboat. Beds were so comfy! Negative: When I first arrived the boat was freezing but it warmed up overnight. Traffic on main road can be loud at times but it didn't affect the wildlife we saw.
